You will need to launch Notepad++ as an administrator because the plugin are saved/updated Problem : Plugin Manager doesn't show in the Plugins Menu.

12 Feb 2018 PLugin manager is missing in latest versions of Notepad++. In 64 bit version of Notepad++ and after versions 7.5 the plugin manager will not be part of Notepad ++. The reason is that is third party software and it's showing ads. Notepad++ will have to restart. Once a plugin is installed, it will appear in the Plugins menu. 30 Jan 2019 There's only one problem - it's a Windows application.
